The Level 1 course provides you with the tools to diagnose basic and complex abnormalities on a cardiac rhythm strip. It's appropriate for anyone working on telemetry or in an ICU/CCU where you need to be able to accurately and quickly diagnose heart rhythm disturbances. My philosophy is to relate arrhythmias and ECGs to the physiologic events that occur in the heart, so that you understand WHY the ECG looks the way it does.
